Lauren Orchosky is a Sr. Operations Strategy and Design Consultant at Southwest Airlines, where she develops strategies and programs that support operational performance, safety and decision-making. She specializes in turning complex or ambiguous challenges into plans that help leaders and project teams align and make decisions. In her current role at Southwest, Lauren has designed and implemented enterprise-wide program frameworks customized for each operational group. Before joining Southwest, Lauren served as a Change Management Consultant at Box Consulting and TiER1 Performance Solutions, leading change management, communication, training, research, and business workstreams for large-scale transformation efforts. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and is a published author of Adapting Crew Resource Management for Training in Unmanned Operations through the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
