Sabrina Kemper

Sabrina Kemper is a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at CVS Health, where she leads enterprise storytelling initiatives and high-visibility colleague experiences, including the Office of the CEO's quarterly Company Town Halls. She helps shape editorial narratives, content strategies and engagement experiences that connect colleagues to CVS Health's purpose, ambition and values. Sabrina created the #TeamCVS colleague feature series and previously hosted the company's internal podcast, The Heart of It. Before joining CVS Health, she spent a decade as a Director of Creative Arts, leading large-scale programs for The Salvation Army. Sabrina holds a master's degree in sports and performance psychology focused on positive coaching and is passionate about helping individuals and teams perform at their best.
