In her role as a Customer Experience PM for Viva Engage, she brings together her background in internal communications, her love of storytelling and her hands‑on expertise in AI for comms to help customers get the most out of Viva Engage and build communication strategies that grow with the product.
Before joining the Customer Experience team for Viva Engage, Sarah spent nearly a decade as a communicator at Microsoft, helping employees adopt and thrive with technologies including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva and AI agents. Sarah is passionate about helping communicators see AI as a career catalyst that expands their capacity, boosts creativity and opens new ways to reach and understand their audiences.
