Sukhi Sahni advises founder-led companies on AI-driven change, including team design, executive communications and modern measurement & communications tools. She also specializes in developing and teaching graduate-level curriculum in applied artificial intelligence for communications. A seasoned C-suite advisor with over 20 years of experience across corporate, policy and nonprofit sectors (Wells Fargo, Capital One, Sprint Nextel, Carnegie Endowment), leading high-impact marketing and communications functions. A student of modern-day storytelling, Sukhi is widely respected for her ability to transform brands and turn vision into actionable narratives with measurable results. She did this skillfully at Capital One during its transformation into a tech-first bank and most recently at Wells Fargo, where she was instrumental in proactively reshaping the company’s public narrative and trust positioning through digital first channels. Today, Sukhi brings her experience into the classroom as an Adjunct Professor Georgetown University, Adjunct Professor in Artificial Intelligence at University of Delaware and Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University.
