Tifany Pedersen is a visionary marketing executive with 20+ years of experience leading brand and marketing strategies in Fortune 100 companies, not-for-profit organizations and advertising agencies. Currently heading Brand Marketing for Alexa & Amazon Devices Talent Attraction, she leads global talent marketing strategy for Amazon brands including Alexa, Ring, Kindle, Astro, Zoox and others. Prior to Amazon, Tifany held brand marketing leadership roles at Marriott International and Capital One, where she consistently drove double-digit improvements in engagement and conversion rates through insights-led, data-driven marketing innovations. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Vermont and fluent Spanish speaker, Tifany maintains ties to academia as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University, while also pursuing her passion for wellness as a certified yoga instructor. She resides in Bethesda, MD with her husband, three children and golden doodle Lily Pickles.
