Employee
Communications & Culture Conference
April 7-9, 2027 | Grand Hyatt
Join us April 7-9, 2027, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for Ragan's Employee Communications & Culture Conference. This is where communicators sharpen their craft and shape what comes next for the profession.
This year's program tackles the issues defining the field right now: proving the business value of comms when budgets are tight, putting AI agents to work without losing your organization's voice, rebuilding trust through layoffs, reorgs, and shifting return to office policies, and getting the right message to the right person in a world of constant information overload.
You'll leave with tools you can use immediately. Case studies from organizations putting AI to work today. Practical training on building your own agent workflows. Sessions on manager communications and newsletters that actually get read. Interactive exercises led by experts who do this work every day.
The conference floor is where the real work happens too. Trade notes with peers who are solving the same problems. Build relationships that outlast the event. Walk away with a network you can call on all year, not just a folder of slides.
Communicators who lead change get ahead of it. Join us in Nashville, April 7-9, 2027, to sharpen your strategy, build your skills, and connect with the people facing the same challenges you are.
