More than 60 percent of communicators don’t measure their internal communications, Mossy O’Mahony, head of product development for Newsweaver, says.

There must be a reason more than half of all internal communicators don’t track their results, right?

O’Mahony says one of the biggest measurement obstacles communicators face is insufficient measurement tools. “They’re underserved by tools that help them measure the effectiveness of what they do.” O’Mahony says.
