It’s easy to look at AI and see it as an opportunity to have it write content and generate ideas.

But is that really the best use of this powerful tool?

“What I’m realizing very fast about AI is I actually think we need AI to do the work around the work, not do the writing for us or idea generating,” said Carolyn Clark, vice president of communications & employee experience at Simpplr. “I’ve never met a comms person who did not have a million ideas. So, I don’t think ideas are what we need.”
