70 percent of employees want a digital engagement program, survey says

And 30 percent want to be engaged via a wellness program. If your organization doesn’t already offer a digital engagement strategy, it’s time to get started.

American businesses lose between $450 -$550 billion annually on disengaged employees, a recent study from Gallup reports.

Disengaged employees leave for other companies, deliver subpar work and have poor productivity, all of which take a toll on the bottom line.

It’s likely you can’t afford to waste money on employees who aren’t engaged.

What can you do?

Set up a digital engagement program, a recent survey from TechnologyAdvice recommends.

In TechnologyAdvice’s survey of 398 office-based workers, more than 70 percent said engagement software would help them perform better, and more than 25 percent said it would help them stay motivated.

Despite these findings, 67 percent of respondents said their organizations don’t use any type of digital engagement platform.

Employees want wellness programs

Thirty percent of respondents say a health and fitness program is their most preferred engagement strategy.
