What impressed us most about Esurance’s social media team is the way it ensures every action the company takes on social media provides value to customers. From car advice to safety tips to promotional campaigns, the team works to bring customers information they can use—sales are secondary. If a customer has a question, the team ensures a licensed agent answers it as quickly as possible.
