Meet Internal Communicator, Susan Kreifel
| A former newspaper journalist, Susan Kreifel has a nose for news that has led her to develop a fast-paced approach to employee communications. Throughout her career at Sprint, she has led and participated in numerous successful initiatives. Kreifel was one of three original “imaginators” of Sprint’s intranet and has been the driving force behind several cross-functional business teams that have tackled major internal communications challenges. She also acts as a mentor for communicators, spreading good practices at her company. |
