One member shared her top goal for 2021 as finding a new tone for the leadership team.

New leaders came into the organization not long ago and quickly began to make changes to modernize the organization—but that messaging has started to grate on employees’ ears. Messages from the CEO on “reducing bureaucracy” and other statements that showed the CEO’s disdain for how the organization used to run were bad for morale.
