One member shared the idea of roundtables that they call “VOE” or “voice of employees.” The member says these interactions are being used to address employee burnout, which is a crucial issue in the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

From these listening sessions, the communications team built a panel that could present their challenges during an all-hands meeting. The panel was made up of employees from a variety of functions and geographic locations in the company.
