According to an infographic from Webpage FX, the social network has a whopping 150 million daily active users who spend an average of 30 minutes on the app at a time.

Seventy percent of Snapchat users are women, and 71 percent are younger than 25. If this sounds like your audience, Snapchat could afford you a valuable marketing opportunity.

Snapchat offers three types of ads:

  • Snap ads: 10-second vertical video ads
  • Sponsored lenses: photo modifications users can “play” with
  • Sponsored geofilters: photo filters that are available only at certain locations
