Last week, Ragan launched the Ragan Fellowship—a select society of senior communicators bonded with one common goal: to improve how they communicate at their organizations and help their own careers in the process. The group spent the better part of three days together—only splitting up to sleep (as far as we know) and answer e-mail. They worked together, ate together and played together. And they never stopped talking to each other. “I like the fact that Ragan had everything planned out, so all I had to do was concentrate on getting to know my fellow Fellows,” one woman told Ragan.com. Because the Fellowship signed a blood oath that what happens inside the Fellowship stays within the Fellowship, we can’t share any names with you … but we can share some other stuff.
