Carly's accountable for the Employee Signals Action Planning framework – the blueprint for integrating employee feedback into leadership action plans and people-centric strategies. She's been instrumental in leading Communications and Data Strategy, ensuring that insights and actions derived from employee feedback are translated into meaningful organizational change. Her expertise lies in harnessing the power of data to drive impactful decisions and foster a transparent culture of open communication and continuous improvement. Her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is matched only by her genuine appreciation for meaningful work.

Carly also serves in a volunteer leadership capacity as Microsoft's Disability Employee Resource Group's Chief of Staff. Her focus is on equipping the broader leadership team to land employee experiences ranging from Career Development to increasing employee participation in inclusive product design sprints. All efforts are grounded in the Voice of Employee data insights and transparency of impact on our community.
