Katie Canizaro Lafont

Katie Canizaro Lafont is a communications professional using technology and analytics to disrupt traditional internal communication at Louisiana’s largest health care provider, Ochsner Health System. Lafont earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Lafont has spent most of her career with Ochsner, developing and executing innovative communication strategies to help close the communication gap between leaders and front-line employees.
