Sean Winter

Sean Winter currently serves as General Manager, North America at LumApps where he is defining what work can and should be in 2023 and beyond. Winter drives LumApps' thought leadership and go-to-market strategy for the ever-changing employee experience and intranet markets in addition to managing all customer-facing operations for North America. Before LumApps, Winter held the role of VP, Customer Success at Oyster, a distributed HR platform that empowers companies to hire, pay, and care for teammates regardless of location, and also previously served in sales, solution consulting, customer success and product management leadership positions at Jive Software, Cornerstone, Movius and Capital One. Winter lives in Richmond, VA with his family and spends his free time pretending to be a musician and ice hockey goalie.
