Selen Turner, director of Talent and OD at Cordis, SHRM-SCP, ODCP, MBA, is a certified Human Resources executive with expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning and DE&I combined with a strong business acumen built on MBA education and progressive leadership roles in building talent strategy to accelerate organizational change for Fortune 500 companies. Started her career in hospitality industry in Guest Relations where she learned management skills and criticality of teams working in harmony and in productive environment, which inspired her to pursue a career in Human Resource Development. Has over 17 years of diverse background in a variety of industries from Fortune 500 to non-profits specializing in talent management and development. Turner is a leader in change management, talent strategy, designing talent development programs, integrating diversity and inclusion initiatives into organizational initiatives with award winning programs. Currently leads talent, organization development and learning at Cordis after leading MasterCard’s talent, leadership development and global women initiatives that has won Best Talent Management Strategy awards by Ragan 2022.
