At our recent social media conference in Las Vegas, I gave a session on how to communicate your next company initiative.
I asked the crowd to shout out their latest organizational abominations, and the room went quiet, as it always does. Then a few brave souls raised their hands and offered the usual variations on the same, shopworn themes: leadership, service, innovation.
Then the floodgates opened, and one young lady took home the gold. Her newest initiative, she said, was called “Gang Green.”
