The real reasons employees leave
It’s not because you’re sending too many emails.

That’s how David Swissman, enterprise account executive at Interact, put it during a recent Tech Talk at Ragan’s Employee Experience Conference. It’s a gap felt most by deskless and frontline workers: the people on warehouse floors and factory lines who often make up the majority of a company’s workforce, yet have the least access to what’s happening inside it.
