Content: Environmental group Greenpeace is doing everything right on their home page. Recognizing the origin of my IP address in the United States, I was automatically sent to the United States version of the site. They have an e-mail subscription bar on the home page, a drop-down menu to add or bookmark the page and a featured video on offshore drilling that is embedded but hosted on YouTube for maximum exposure.
The press center is simple and complete with press releases, photos and in-depth reports. They included contact info for a number of press contacts and also provided a contact number for use on holidays and weekends.
