This UCSF Medical Center should rework its content into smaller chunks to make it more appealing for Web users.

Content: Surprisingly, UCSF Medical Center does not offer online bill-pay. They explain their billing process and provide phone numbers at the top of the page for confused users. However, the information is organized in large paragraphs. It could be made more readable by dividing it into smaller chunks and making better use of images and layout to highlight sections.
Because the USCF Medical Center has so many different locations, maps and directions are essential. UCSF uses their own maps and Google maps to make their locations clear and simple to get to.
