Eighty-eight percent of marketers say their most important goals are to build relationships with customers and to boost engagement. Eighty-seven percent say they want to increase brand awareness.
Measuring content’s effectiveness is still marketers’ top challenge, though. The top metrics they’re tracking are website traffic (62 percent), sales (54 percent) and conversion rates (39 percent).
